Our support of our community and local charities has kicked off with a busy start in 2022, despite a few issues with covid.
The effects of the Pandemic have been many and widespread, with the effects being felt across large sections of society. The pandemic is increasing demand for mental health services, with people dealing with bereavement, isolation, loss of income and fear and are triggering mental health conditions or exacerbating existing ones. During this time many individuals have tended to be less physically active, have longer screen time, irregular sleep patterns as well as worse diets, resulting in weight gain and loss of physical fitness
We have committed to helping as many as we can in 2022 and beyond.
We have started 2022 offering free classes to everyone to jump start your way into a fitter future.
BMHS
Supporting local charities and community groups has started with our support of BMHS with Free Zumba and Dancexercise Sessions Every Sunday with Siôn & Nancy. BMHS is a not-for-profit organisation focused on education and advocacy to inspire a mentally healthy BAME ( Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) community, by providing support appropriate to their mental health and wellbeing.

Faith in Families
Another Charity we are supporting and they are making a real difference to children and families facing many issues. Their Family Centres in Swansea and Brecon offer a range of services from childcare to lunch clubs, inspiring those we serve, and believing in them, to help them succeed.

Invest Local Clase - Clase for All
Another worthwhile non profit organisation we are supporting with community fitness classes.
The first Invest Local meetings were held over the Summer with a Community Steering Group - Clase for All – was set up shortly afterwards.
The Clase for All Group has been set up to make sure more people get to hear about Invest Local and also to find out what is important to people who live and work in Clase.

Schools
We are currently rolling out the Zumba and Zumba kids programmes as an after school club or fun alternative PE Sessions. We have a number of School bookings starting later in the year, as for now, we are so excited to continue our relationship with Clwyd primary School with our twice weekly after school clubs.
